Dingride is designed by default to connect you to thousands of Self-driven rides on our fleet. Browse through available options in your pick-up location, provide required rider/subscriber information, including a valid driver's licence, get verified and select from our available payment options including VISA/Mastercard, Mobile Money and Bank Transaction. Dingride verifies you, confirm payment and connects you with your host at the prescibed Ride Pick-Up location.

Sign Up & Onboarding

Provide Primary Data of Yourself and the Vehicle to List. Required Data includes upload of a Valid National ID or Passport, Road-Worthy & Insurance Certificates and a minimum of 5 recent pictures of the Vehicle.

Payment Settlement Account

Proceed to the next stage by adding your preferred payment settlement channel. Our verifiable Earnings Settlement Accounts (ESA) includes Bank Accounts and Mobile Money.

Select Insurance Package

Regardless of the form of insurance your vehicle possesses, we provide you a second-tier Insurance. Our Insurance partner instantly creates and manages an Insurance Account on your behalf serviceable from retainer fees on your earnings.

Dashboard & Go

Log into your Dingride Dashboard and approve the most viable subscriber. Note that all subscribers are subjected to similar onboarding requirements, reducing the risk of fraud and scepticism.

Dingride confirms with the Registrar of Vehicles to confirm its Registration Age before approving your listing. In Essence, vehicles registered before the year 2011 are prohibited from our platform to ensure we offer our subscribers the very best. If you have a special case for a vehicle in a good condition but registered ealier than 2011, kindly reach our support team to appeal. How do I get started?

  1. Select your type of ride, pick-up location, pick-up and return date(s) and time(s) on the homepage or the main navigation bar.
  2. Sign up
  3. Once you are satisfied with the details and terms, proceed to make the reservation. You may be required to provide payment information, such as credit card details, to secure your booking.
  4. After making the reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with all the booking details, including your reservation number, pick-up instructions, and contact information for customer support.

How old do I need to be to rent a car?

The minimum age requirement to rent a car is 21.

What documents do I need to list a ride?

You will need to provide primary data of yourself, a valid National ID or Passport, Road-Worthy & Insurance Certificates and a minimum of 5 recent pictures of the Vehicle.

Can I cancel or modify my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation for free 24 hours before the commencement of the said reservation. Any time after that will attract a fee.

What happens if I return the car late?

Returning the car late may result in additional charges at an hourly rate. Communicate with us via our customer service number if you anticipate being late, for arrangements to be made.

What happens if the car breaks down during my rental?
